Australian Wedding & Professional Photography was created originally in Darwin
under the name of Primitive Fotos, where Jason
combined years of capturing images from all over Australia
with the backdrop of Darwin and the Top End to make a
business out of the rich and diverse landscapes, sunsets and
of course the storms. In 2004 while working in the Public
Service, Jason started to sell his prints and images at Mindil Beach Markets on a Thursday night. Although the
number of Photographers at the Market had quadrupled from
the year before, Jason soon became a "must see" for his
daring Lightning shots, bewildering Star trails and the
dramatic Sunsets, for which Darwin is famous. "My philosophy
was, thousands of people take pictures of the same image
everyday, so I have to take something different and unique
which will stop even the most critical photographer." After
meeting Mandy in March 2005, he moved to the Gold Coast and
was married in May 2005, where Mandy began her passion for
looking down the lens and brought a different aspect to the
business.
In 2009
our multi-faceted business has developed and grown to
Australian Wedding & Professional Photography boasting
coverage anywhere. Our Wedding photography is sought after
all over Queensland and Northern Territory with a reputation
of capturing natural and beautiful expressions and moments.
Our landscape prints and DVDs have been sent to every
continent in the world. Our work is our passion and life, our clients are our
friends and we do everything we can to capture something
unique, natural and emotional..
